The hotel staff were very accommodating and immediately responded to my needs. The room was spacious and had a large selection of Filipino breakfast options. The hotel is also within walking distance to a craft brewery, which was great. Additionally, I found the location to be quite alright for sightseeing around the city as it is close to the shops and near the city center.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a variety of Filipino options. Convenient location for visiting the craft brewery. Excellent customer service, prompt and polite. Cozy and budget-friendly for large groups. Great for sightseeing in Baguio. Wonderful veranda with breathtaking views. Spacious room and accommodating kitchen.

We spent our Christmas here and we must say we had a good experience. the breakfast had a variety of Filipino delicacies that was filling. the location was great as it was a walking distance to a craft brewery and some other local attractions. the rooms were spacious enough to accommodate us and had a kitchen that allowed us to prepare our meals.
The hallway light shining through our window was disturbing all night and made it hard for us to rest well.

The veranda was amazing! It provided a stunning view of the place especially at night. The staff were also very congenial and accommodating. They were always available to answer our inquiries and were polite in addressing our concerns. The cozy and homey feel of the place made it more inviting. The location was also convenient for sightseeing.
On the flip side, some aspects of the hotel needed repair and maintenance. The wobbly bed and the door of the toilet needed to be repainted.

Good location close to shops and City Center. the room and bathroom were fairly clean and comfortable. the staff was generally polite and helpful, and breakfast was decent. the surroundings and view were enjoyable.
The lack of internet service in the room was inconvenient who needed to connect online.

During our stay, we encountered a small issue with the hot water in our room. However, the staff promptly addressed the issue and provided clear instructions on how to resolve it.
